3. Orders & Payment
All prices listed are in INR (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
We accept prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
FormulaX reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including stock unavailability or suspicious activity.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed within 1-2 working days.
Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Tracking details will be shared once the order is dispatched.
5. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or wrong item was received.
Claims must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Refunds are processed once we receive the returned item and verify its condition.
