At FormulaX, we value your trust and aim to deliver high-quality inspired perfumes. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
Return Eligibility
We only accept returns if:
You received a damaged or broken product
You received the wrong item
Your order is incomplete
Unboxing video and photo proof are mandatory for returns. Contact must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
Opened, used, or tested perfumes
Fragrance not matching personal preference
Delays caused by courier services
Orders claimed after 48 hours of delivery
As our products are inspired versions, slight variation from original fragrances is normal and expected.
Return Process
Contact us on WhatsApp or Email within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Share your order ID and photo/video proof of the issue.
Wait for our support team to verify and approve your return.
Send the item back in its original packaging, unused and sealed.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
Refund Process
If your return is approved, we will offer:
A full refund to your original payment method (Prepaid orders)
A replacement product or store credit (for COD orders)
Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days after return approval and inspection.
Note for COD Orders
Refunds for Cash on Delivery orders may only be processed via UPI or bank transfer after return is received and verified.
