At FormulaX, your satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.
Eligible Refunds
We offer refunds only in the following cases:
You received the wrong product.
The product arrived damaged or broken.
The product was missing from your package.
In all cases, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing video/photo proof.
Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds if:
You did not like the fragrance.
The product has been used or opened.
The return request is made after 48 hours of delivery.
The product was delivered correctly and in good condition.
Please note: Fragrance preferences are subjective, and since our perfumes are inspired versions, minor differences from the original may occur.
Exchange Option
If eligible, we may offer:
A replacement product
A store credit
Or a refund to your original payment method
Refund processing takes 3–7 business days after approval.
Return Process
To initiate a return:
Email or WhatsApp us with order ID and issue details.
Attach clear images or videos as proof.
Our team will verify and guide you through the return steps.
Customers must send the product in original packaging, unused and sealed.
